Thank you for purchasing your Groupon good for 3 MAN HOURS of ROUTINE CLEANING SERVICES.  We welcome you to our business and hope to build a long-lasting relationship with you.  Please read the Q & A Section below for more information. 
 
Important Note:  Your Groupon is for 3 man hours ONLY.  Most houses do take longer to complete all the tasks involved in a routine cleaning.  Therefore, we ask that you let our Team know what your most important tasks are that you would like them to concentrate on. If you would like us to complete your whole house, please let us know when you make an appointment.  After applying your Groupon to the total price, you won't be paying much more...so it may be worth your time.  Whatever you decide, please know we do send efficient but thorough Team Members and will do our best to accomplish as much as we can on your priority list without compromising quality.  Please have your Groupon available or your 8-digit # from the lower right hand corner available before the Team finishes so we may effectively stay on schedule.
 
Q;  What are your hours of operation?
A:  We are available from 9am-5pm M-F and 9am-2pm Sat
 
Q: Are you available to clean on the weekend?
A:  Yes, currently we are available to clean on Saturday.   This is the most requested day so spaces can be limited.
 
Q: How much notice do you need in order for me to schedule my cleaning?
A:  We ask that you call us with as much notice as possible.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We have had tremendous response and are doing our best to accommodate everyone's schedule.
 
Q: I purchased a Groupon, it is for 3 Man Hours.  How does that work?
A:  We send out a Team of at least 2 people.  If we send 2 people, we are yours for 1 1/2 hours.  If we are having a busy day and send 3 people, we are yours for 1 hour.
 
Q: If 3 man hours is not enough to clean my whole house, can you stay longer?
A:  We try to schedule according to what our clients need.  Please let us know when you make your appointment or at least 2 days before your appointment if you'd like us to stay beyond the 3 man hours and we will find a spot in the schedule to accommodate that need.  Please note that additional charges will apply for the extra time.  We do not guarantee that we will be able to clean your whole house within the time limits of the Groupon.  We will accept requests for us to stay longer upon arrival- if it fits in our schedule.  Please be aware that we may have other appointments that day and will need to accommodate others as well.
 
Q: How much more does it cost to keep you longer?
A:  We have very competitive pricing.  A more accurate price can be given upon arrival or we can schedule a time to walk through your home with you before your cleaning.
 
Q: The Groupon is for Routine Cleaning Services?  What all does that entail?
A:  The Groupon covers Routine Cleaning Services only.  Please visit our Routine Cleaning Services page for more information.
 
Q: Can you perform "Deep Cleaning" tasks while you are fulfilling the Groupon "Routine Clean" requirements?
A:  Please give us a call so we can schedule enough time for the additional work.  We can perform "Deep Cleaning" tasks for an additional charge.
 
Q: Is 3 man hours enough to clean my entire home?
A:  Without seeing the residence beforehand it is hard to determine how much progress we will make in the 3 man hours.  If you would like us to complete your whole house, please request a quote upon arrival.  You can apply your Groupon to the quoted cleaning price.  We do send efficient and thorough Team Members and will do our best to accomplish as much as we can on your priority list without compromising quality.
 
Q: When I scheduled my appointment, they said they had a 1 hour time period for arrival- so what time should I be home to let you in?
A:  The 1-hour time of arrival is crucial.  We have this leniency because we don't want to leave the house before yours unfinished- and it may take us longer this time to clean.  Also, this helps us in case we get stuck in traffic or encounter detours.  For example, your arrival time is 1-2pm.  We may show as early as 1pm or as late as 2pm.  So please be there to let us in or make other arrangements beforehand so we can enter.  Otherwise, the $20 cancellation fee may apply and you may have to reschedule your appointment to the next available day.
 
Q: How long do you wait at my house if say, I am running late to let you in?
A:  Due to the fortunate demand from this Groupon sale, we have to stay on schedule.  If you are not home when we arrive, we will try to contact you upon arrival via phone.  Our policy is to wait 10 minutes and if you have not arrived- try contact via phone once again.  If no avail, we will leave cards in your door and await to hear from you.  Since we are not able to clean, the $20 fee applies when we return to clean.  If you are running late- please give us a ring and let us know.  Depending on the demand that day and where your house is located, we may be able to wait, run an errand and come back or even reschedule your appointment.
 
Q: I scheduled an appointment with you, then decided to move out of town.  I can no longer use your Groupon.  If I get a refund thru Groupon, will that automatically cancel my appointment with you?
A:  No.  When you receive a refund from Groupon for any reason, if you have an appointment with us, please give us a call and cancel your appointment.  Otherwise, we may have you scheduled when we could be helping another person that may be on our "on call" list.
 
Q: Something has come up and I need to cancel/reschedule my cleaning- what do I need to do?
A:  Please call us and let us know ASAP.  We have been keeping busy with Groupons and have an "on call" list.  This is enable us to complete a cleaning for someone else that may be waiting for their cleaning.  If a 48 hour notice is not given, then a $20 fee may apply.
 
Q: I purchased 2 Groupons for myself, then I noticed that there is a limit of 1 per client.  What do I do now?
A:  You can gift your 2nd Groupon to a friend or you can call Groupon to see if they have other options for you.
 
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A:  We accept cash, check, money orders, Paypal and major credit cards.  Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  We process our credit cards thru PayPal so if this is your preferred for of payment, let us know 24 hours in advance so we can send you an invoice the day before so you can pay the day of the cleaning.  If payment is NOT made- then a $20 late fee will be assessed and we reserve the right to re-schedule the cleaning to a more appropriate date if necessary.
 
Q: How do you perform price quotes?
A:  When we arrive at your home we will walk through with you and discuss your needs.  We do price quote on a "per job" basis.  You will be quoted a flat fee for every time you have us return.
